BTS's Jimin captivated fans in Germany with a parody featuring Haaland and Thor.

Sports outlet ESPN Mexico introduced on official social media a scene where Jimin mimicked Manchester City striker Erling Haaland during his Munich, Germany concert. The clip spread across social media, with 'Jimin' trending in the sports category and 'Haaland' trending in the music category on X (formerly Twitter).

The scene originated from a sound check before a BTS concert held at Allianz Arena in Munich, Germany, on July 11 (local time). A fan cheered while holding a poster featuring Thor from Norse mythology, Manchester City striker Erling Haaland, and Jimin lined up with long blonde hair. The poster bore the phrases 'God of Thunder,' 'God of Football,' and 'Our God.' After spotting it, Jimin sat down there, pointed to each figure one by one to confirm the content, and laughed.

During the main performance, Jimin wittily mimicked Haaland's signature walk, making fans laugh. ESPN Mexico wrote on its official social media: "Haalandmania has landed in BTS as well," adding that "Jimin, upon seeing the Haaland flag, perfectly imitated Haaland during the concert." It further stated, "In Germany, BTS's Jimin took an image featuring a Norwegian striker and Thor together, with the poster reading 'God of Thunder, God of Football, Our God,'" sharing both Jimin's reaction and the parody scene from the performance.

Top 40 radio network 'LOS40 Chile' also covered Jimin and Haaland together on its official channel. LOS40 Chile posted a photo showing the blonde portions of both individuals alongside the phrase 'Blonde Time,' using Jimin's solo track 'Who' as background music, prompting followers to guess who they were.
