Singer Jeong Dong-won has been spotted with a noticeably different appearance since enlisting in the Marine Corps.

On the 11th, Jeong Dong-won served as the master of ceremonies at a Marine Corps Victory Commemoration Event, showcasing a dignified presence. He enlisted last February and is currently serving as a Private First Class in the Artillery Brigade of the 2nd Marine Division.

In a video released by fans, Jeong Dong-won appeared on stage, removed his campaign hat, and said, "Hello. I am Private First Class Jeong Dong-won, serving as the master of ceremonies today. I would like to offer my greetings. Victory!"

Jeong Dong-won drew attention with his sturdy physique and square shoulders.

Earlier, in June 2025, Jeong Dong-won shared on his YouTube channel that he sought advice from Marine Corps senior officer Oh Jong-hyuk, stating, "If you were born a man, I want to serve in the military stylishly. My father was also from the 707th Special Mission Unit, so I have heard many stories about the military."

Jeong Dong-won is scheduled for discharge on August 22, 2027.
