Broadcast personality Seok Ji-yeon, formerly an announcer, and professional golfer Moon Kyung-don announced they will be moving into the Seoul Seocho District DH Bangbae apartment complex, which gained attention after IVE member Ahn Yoo-jin won a housing subscription lottery.

On the 12th, Seok Ji-yeon shared a video showing the site of the DH Bangbae apartments, saying, "The pre-move-in inspection was better than expected." She added, "I'm most pleased with the after-school pickup and childcare service for children within the complex. They also provide school ride services."

Moon Kyung-don also verified his visit, expressing satisfaction by stating, "Pre-move-in inspection two months before occupancy. It's so good I can't tell if this is an apartment or an overseas resort."

Seok Ji-yeon married professional golfer Moon Kyung-don in 2018 and has a son.

Earlier, the apartment gained attention when Ahn Yoo-jin won the lottery for a standard sale unit of 84㎡. At the time, the sales price was around 2.243 billion won, while current market estimates are in the 4 billion won range, projecting a potential profit of approximately 1.8 billion won.
