Actress Lee Beom-soo's ex-wife and translator Lee Yoon-jin expressed her affection for her daughter So-eul.

On the 22nd, Lee Yoon-jin shared a lengthy post on her SNS, posting certificates for academic excellence and an appointment letter as class vice president to support her daughter's school life.

Lee Yoon-jin said, "When we returned to Seoul, all I wanted for So-eul was simply to navigate school life smoothly." She added, "It was true that I felt guilty and scared telling So-eul, who had adapted exceptionally well to a foreign school and excelled in both studies and school life, to start anew upon returning to Korea."

She continued, "Although I couldn't pay as much attention to the children as before due to overlapping responsibilities such as introducing potato heads to Korea, along with personal home construction and moving," she noted, "So-eul still did an excellent job this semester."

Furthermore, she said, "I am grateful and proud that So-eul thoughtfully handled her studies, school life, band club activities, and even took on the role of class vice president for the second semester on her own. Since it's now vacation, let's also attend special vacation lectures diligently and embark on a K-trip with Mom and Da-eul."

Finally, Lee Yoon-jin expressed her affection by saying, "Our So-eul is a wonderful person who can excel and be recognized anywhere. Watching So-eul remain steady and unshaken has taught me so much as a mother. I will endlessly support So-eul's dreams."

Meanwhile, Lee Yoon-jin announced on the 6th that she had finalized an amicable divorce from actor Lee Beom-soo. She stated, "After concluding about 15 years of marriage, we reached a harmonious agreement and proceeded with a consensual divorce."

She added, "We resolved misunderstandings between us caused by a lack of communication during our marriage and agreed to respect and support each other from our respective positions as parents moving forward. We kindly ask for your warm support for Lee Beom-soo's future endeavors."

Due to the marital breakdown, Lee Yoon-jin lived with her daughter in Bali, Indonesia, where she later reunited with her son. She has recently returned to Korea and is now living there.
