YouTube creator MrBeast, ranked first globally in subscriber count, has gotten married.

According to People magazine on the 21st (local time), YouTube creator MrBeast (real name Jimmy Donaldson, 28) held a small wedding ceremony with only about 70 family members and close friends attending at Necker Island, a private island owned by Virgin Group founder Richard Branson. The ceremony was conducted alongside fellow content creator Tia Boucsein (28).

The wedding festivities took place over approximately one week starting July 14, with various celebratory events following the main ceremony. Guests spent several days socializing together, enjoying kite surfing and snorkeling, and also participated in experiences such as feeding lemurs and flamingos native to the island.

The couple became husband and wife by exchanging lifelong vows under the officiation of a pastor who has long-standing ties with their families.

MrBeast first met Tia Boucsein in South Africa in 2022, and after maintaining a long-distance relationship, they got engaged last year.

As one of the most popular and highest-earning content creators worldwide, MrBeast stated in an interview with People that he wanted to keep the wedding quiet and away from public attention. He said he planned to allow no cameras except for professional wedding photographers.

Meanwhile, MrBeast operates a YouTube channel with over 500 million subscribers and is recognized as the YouTuber with the largest subscriber base globally.
