Choi Yeon-soo, daughter of chef Choi Hyun-seok, shared her recent progress on postpartum weight loss.

On the 1st, Choi revealed regarding her weight after giving birth: "I lost 16kg and still have 11kg to go."

She added, "These days, I'm doing Pilates again with a focus on rehabilitation, and whenever possible, I try to eat one meal as desired and the other as part of my diet plan." She also noted, "Since I am only 80 days postpartum, I'm not pushing myself too hard but taking it easy."

Previously, Choi shared her thoughts on Seo-ho's first birthday as a mother: "I want our Seo-ho to grow up quickly so we can blow out the cake candles together. He must be so cute. I'm already drooling."

Choi was also asked about plans for a second child. She responded, "I don't know yet, but there is still a possibility. Babies are just too beautiful."

When asked how parenting has been going, she said, "The baby is very calm, so it hasn't been that difficult yet. Maybe because both my husband and I talk a lot and have loud voices, he doesn't even wake up when we raise our voices, which makes things easier."

Meanwhile, Choi married Kim Taehyun, a member of the band DickPunks who is 12 years her senior, in September last year, and gave birth to a son on May 7.
