Broadcast personality Shin Dong-yeob's extraordinary affection for his junior colleagues was revealed.

On the 10th, a video titled 'Killing It with Extreme Frugality' was uploaded to the YouTube channel 'Thrifty Older Brother Shin Dong-yeob.' The video featured comedians Park Se-mi, Kim Ji-yu, and Lee Hye-ji sharing various stories.

On that day, Lee Hye-ji revealed a heartwarming story about Shin Dong-yeob. He recalled, "I once had a drink with Jung Ho-cheol before, and the lingering feeling was unforgettable—I felt happy for about a week. At that time, I thought we had a special connection."

He continued, "When I was seeing him off, he gave me a very thick allowance. He said it was for transportation costs, but it was genuinely quite substantial." Lee Hye-ji demonstrated the thickness with his hands, giving viewers an idea of the amount Shin Dong-yeob had handed over, which drew attention.

In response, Shin Dong-yeob explained why he gave the money at that time. He said, "I know that when I was actively working on YouTube before, I used to treat Ho-cheol to delicious meals." He added, "But then I heard that after being a regular on 'Thrifty Older Brother' for several years and making some money, he started bragging about it, which made me dislike seeing him. So I gave him the money so he wouldn't feel intimidated. It was just what I had in my wallet; it wasn't much." This comment drew laughter from the cast.

The cast then exclaimed, "Do you always carry that amount of money in your wallet? Can we see it now?" They couldn't help but express their amazement.
