Actor Ahn Jae-hong has confirmed his role in the new film "Zombie: Horror Workshop."

His agency, Management mmm, announced on the 12th that "Ahn Jae-hong has been cast in 'Zombie: Horror Workshop,' a film heralding the birth of K-zombies," in an official statement.

"Zombie: Horror Workshop" depicts the extreme survival story of employees from Dongbang Savings Bank who embark on a workshop to a remote island during the golden holiday, only to release a zombie that has been sealed for 400 years. The film combines relatable workplace characters facing life-or-death situations with unconventional exorcism action, promising chilling laughter and spine-tingling thrills as a K-zombie production.

In the film, Ahn Jae-hong plays Mudok-sung, the youngest employee at Dongbang Savings Bank's Manggeum-dong branch and a taekwondo special recruit. Despite only six months on the job, he is portrayed as a passionate financial professional ready to dedicate his life to the company, characterized by strong loyalty and responsibility.

The agency stated that "Ahn Jae-hong will capture both comedy and action with his role as Mudok-sung."

"Zombie: Horror Workshop" also features actors Yoon Kyung-ho, Lee Da-hee, Kim Ji-eun, and Lee Hak-ju alongside Ahn Jae-hong. Filming officially began on the 9th and is currently underway.
