Actor Hong Min-gi (24) has become entangled in dating violence allegations.

Influencer A, who has 20,000 followers, posted a public attack on Hong Min-gi on her Instagram story early on the 19th.

According to the post, on July 28, A appointed JKL Partners Law Firm as her legal representative and sent a formal notice titled "Notice of Legal Action Against Illegal Criminal Acts" to Hong Min-gi.

A made several allegations against Hong Min-gi: "He threw a soju bottle at the complainant on the street, breaking it, and threw dangerous objects at the victim in public places, causing fear and severe mental shock"; "Suspecting that she was having an affair with her former boyfriend, he made over 40 phone calls and threatened to kill both of them when she tried to meet him. He also assaulted her by hitting and pushing her shoulders hard and choking her"; "The recipient (Hong Min-gi) suffers from pathological jealousy, suspecting the complainant of cheating and searching for evidence, illegally accessing her private KakaoTalk messages without permission, thereby violating her privacy"; "While intoxicated, he drove a kickboard with the complainant on it, causing her serious injuries. Photos of the wounds at that time serve as proof."

In addition, A publicly displayed Hong Min-gi's photo and his agency Fable Company's SNS account, stating firmly, "The previous story is indeed about him."

Hong Min-gi was born in 2002 and debuted in the entertainment industry in 2020. He gained recognition as a child actor playing Joo Ji-hoon in the drama "Love on a Narrow Bridge," and has since appeared in numerous works including "Study Group," "Dear Thief," and "Doctor Island Boy." He has also completed filming for the new OTT TVING series "Study Group" Season 2.

Meanwhile, StarNews attempted to contact Hong Min-gi's agency, Fable Company, regarding this matter but was unable to reach them.
