Actor Yoo Seung-ho is showing a new side by standing behind the camera.

Yoo Seung-ho will meet the public with an exhibition titled 'BLUE HOUR: Between Light and Darkness, About Brilliant Imperfection,' featuring photographs he personally captured on film in October.

This exhibition marks a moment where Yoo Seung-ho, who has long expressed the lives and emotions of subjects from in front of the camera, records his daily life and inner thoughts through his own unique perspective as photographs.

By pressing the shutter himself, Yoo Seung-ho poured his personal vision and sensibility into capturing the boundaries between the outer and inner worlds he feels in everyday life. As it captures beauty discovered in imperfect moments and lingering emotions that do not easily fade, it is expected to stir diverse emotions in each viewer.

Beyond photography, the exhibition stands out for its composition that integrates video, sound, and space. These elements blend with the unique sensibility of film cameras, allowing viewers to fully experience the moments Yoo Seung-ho has discovered and recorded in his daily life. Additionally, some photographs by artist Kim Jeong-won, capturing Yoo Seung-ho's natural and private moments through a film camera, will be partially unveiled, offering another special viewing point for exhibition visitors.

Yoo Seung-ho also imbues the exhibition with the meaning of sharing. A portion of the exhibition proceeds will be donated to organizations supporting neighbors in need and stray cats. Yoo Seung-ho is a well-known Goyang cat owner and an actor who leads efforts to help stray cats. When he was discharged from the military in 2014, he made headlines by shedding tears while saying, "I miss my two Goyangs at home so much." In particular, Yoo Seung-ho, who cried about missing his Goyangs upon meeting reporters right after his discharge, is now opening a photography exhibition as an artist and donating proceeds to help stray cats, drawing significant attention.

Yoo Seung-ho's first film photography exhibition 'BLUE HOUR: Between Light and Darkness, About Brilliant Imperfection' will be held from October 3 to 11 at Seoul Yongsan-gu Layer 7.

Tickets will open on September 8 via Naver reservation.
