Writer Lee Nak-jun directly addressed the circulating rumor of a "3 billion won profit."

On the 24th episode of KBS 2TV's variety show "Malja Show," Lee Nak-jun, a former otolaryngologist and current web novel author, appeared on the program to honestly address rumors surrounding him.

During that broadcast, when the rumor that he earned 3 billion won because the drama "Severe Trauma Center" was successful was mentioned, writer Lee Nak-jun immediately clarified that it was not true.

The writer firmly stated, "One drama cannot earn that much." He then wittily added, "I'm a 10-year veteran writer, right? If I were to combine all the income I earned as a writer over 10 years, wouldn't it amount to that?" drawing attention.

"Severe Trauma Center" is a Netflix original series based on a web novel of the same name, released last January. The story follows Baek Kang-hyeok, a genius surgeon who once roamed battlefields, as he revitalizes a defunct severe trauma team, featuring actors Joo Ji-hoon, Choo Young-woo, Ha Yeong, and Yoon Kyung-ho.
