YouTuber Lalal (real name Lee Yu-ra) shared her recent progress on abstaining from alcohol.

On the 27th, Lalal posted a selfie on her personal social media with the caption "Day 20 of abstinence."

Regarding the changes brought about by her abstinence, Lalal stated, "My eyes have become so white that I check them every time I look in the mirror."

She continued, responding to a fan's direct message: "I was shocked when I saw it's been 20 days since I quit drinking. You can endure alcohol cravings, but how do you resist late-night snacks? I want to quit too, but I always just make resolutions without following through. Please share your secret." Lalal offered warm advice, saying, "If my mental strength loses every day to a mere 2,000-won poison and food, along with immediate rewards, then there's nothing I can do about it."

Lalal married a non-celebrity man who is 11 years her senior in November 2024 and has a daughter.
