Group LE SSERAFIM met their "world idol" senior group BTS at a major music festival in the United States. The two leading representatives of K-pop drew attention by facing each other on a global stage featuring hanbok.

According to agency Source Music on the 20th, the five members of LE SSERAFIM are scheduled to perform on the stage of the iHeartRadio Music Festival in Las Vegas, United States, on the 18th and 19th (local time). BTS performed on the first day of the festival, and LE SSERAFIM will take over the stage the following day, completing a baton pass between K-pop's leading representatives. They are essentially performing a relay in Las Vegas.

LE SSERAFIM released a photo taken with BTS on their official SNS on the 18th prior to their main performance. The presence of these two groups, the only ones among K-pop singers to make it onto this festival's lineup, has drawn attention. Their close bond began with musical collaboration in 2024. At that time, Huh Yun-jin participated in a track on J-Hope's solo album, and J-Hope also contributed as a featured artist on LE SSERAFIM's "SPAGHETTI," supporting each other.

This year's iHeartRadio Music Festival features numerous prominent artists including Snoop Dogg, Cardi B, and Benson Boone. Notably, LE SSERAFIM was invited to the festival for the first time by a K-pop girl group. This confirms their steadily growing stature in the U.S. music market.

Following their recent takeover of Japan's leading music festival "Summer Sonic 2026," they also made their second appearance at the major U.S. gaming event BlizzCon® 2026 on the 13th, closing out the main stage finale.

In addition, they are making bold moves by appearing for a third time on the popular U.S. talk show "The Jennifer Hudson Show." It is significant that they are not merely participating in global events and programs sporadically but are receiving repeated invitations. On the 19th at the iHeartRadio Music Festival, they are set to showcase their side as "global hot icons" with powerful performances.
