Designer Park Si-young, who created posters for multiple box office hits such as "The Wailing," "The Face Reader," and "Veteran," sent high praise to the film "The Assassins."

On the 3rd, Designer Park Si-young posted on his personal Instagram story: "Wow, I truly respect Director Heo! The art direction is insane, and it's a rediscovery of actor Lee Min-ho. Please, Director Heo, just make one proper mystery genre film!"

He continued, "When you add the noise from the idiots to this well-made genre film, it even gains an aura. Personally, I'm a bit annoyed that they didn't give me work, but HYBE really makes films in an envy-inducing way. Above all, the production quality of the film is unmatched."

"The Assassins" is a film that traces the suspicions and masterminds behind the 1974 assassination attempt on Lady Yoo Young-sook. Since its release on the 23rd of last month, controversy has continued as political circles and related organizations have raised criticism of historical distortion over certain settings in the movie.

However, Designer Park Si-young sent praise, stating, "Doesn't history always prove how insignificant those scoundrels who gather around to do dirty work are? I hope you endure this hardship well. It was a film with craftsmanship worth it."

In particular, he emphasized his stance: "I had received so much free viral marketing that I didn't plan to watch it, but I almost regretted not seeing it! I send infinite love to all the staff who stubbornly brought this film of excellent craftsmanship into the world. Ah, I'm jealous!"

Meanwhile, according to the Korea Film Council's integrated box office system on the 3rd, "The Assassins" surpassed a cumulative audience of 2 million people that day.
