Singer Lim Young-woong has become the number one star in the Star King of Kings ranking for the 219th straight week.

Lim secured first place in the 219th Star King of Kings ranking vote, which ran from 3:01 p.m. on the 2nd to 3:00 p.m. on the 9th, by garnering 419,090 votes.

Lim released his special digital album 'I'm Hero 10' (IM HERO 10) marking his 10th anniversary of debut on the 8th of last month. All tracks from the album charted on various music streaming platforms, and he quickly claimed the number one spot on Melon's TOP100 and HOT100 charts.

According to Melon's Hall of Fame artist category, Lim is setting new records for the highest cumulative streaming count among all singers, including both solo artists and groups. He became the first solo singer to surpass 10 billion streams in the shortest time, entering the Diamond Club, and has since completed reaching 14.6 billion streams while steadily continuing to write his record.

This week, singer Park Seo-jin (207,952 votes) took second place, singer Song Ga-in (49,859 votes) came in third, singer Lee Chan-won (29,800 votes) placed fourth, and member Geon-ho of the group Courtis (26,012 votes) ranked fifth.

Meanwhile, Star Ranking is a ranking vote where fans directly cast their ballots for their favorite stars to determine the order. Those who vote via mobile can also receive a voting certificate, and various perks are provided to stars based on their ranking results.

Stars selected as number one for four consecutive weeks will be featured in outdoor electronic billboard advertisements. Fans of stars who hold the top spot for four straight weeks can also support fan-funded video ads on outdoor billboards. Proposals can be submitted via StarNews' official email (star@mtstarnews.com).

Votes starting from June will be factored into the selection of award recipients in the Star Ranking category at AAA 2026.
