Jung Won-gyu, a cast member of "Switching Love 4," revealed his first update since breaking up with Park Ji-hyun.

On the 15th, Jung posted a video titled "Why My Blood Sugar Rises Even Though I Don't Eat Sweet Things | Today's Kwi-Tip" on his personal YouTube channel, "Garden-gyu."

In the post accompanying the video, Jung stated, "I wrote and deleted my message repeatedly, and there was much deliberation before uploading this video. I am sorry to share this bad news with all of you who have believed in and supported me despite my many shortcomings."

The "bad news" refers to his breakup with Park Ji-hyun. Jung and Park had successfully reunited after appearing on the TVING original series "Switching Love 4," which was released in October last year. The couple had shown exceptional affection through various variety shows, YouTube content, and social media, but recently made their breakup official.

Jung added, "I am well aware that the trust and support you have shown me are by no means taken for granted. I will not forget that sentiment and strive to become a more mature Jung Won-gyu who can show you a better side."
