Actor Jang Seung-jo responded with light humor to the heated reaction to his special appearance in “Doctor X.”

On the night of the 18th, Jang shared behind-the-scenes photos from the set of SBS’s Friday-Saturday drama “Doctor X: The Age of the White Mafia” (hereinafter “Doctor X”) on his personal social media. He had previously made a special appearance as Na Dae-il, a newly appointed surgery professor at Gu Seodaeg Hospital, in Episode 4 of “Doctor X,” which aired on the 17th.

In particular, following the SBS drama “Brave New World,” which ended in June this year, Jang once again transformed into an intense villain role, surprising viewers.

In response, Jang playfully apologized with the words, “Again… I’m sorry,” eliciting laughter.

He then added, “And thank you for watching. Please look forward to Episode 5 as well. Love you,” encouraging viewers to watch “Doctor X” live.

The photos he shared captured Jang fully immersed in the character of Na Dae-il, exuding an eerie atmosphere.

“Doctor X” airs every Friday and Saturday at 9:50 p.m.
