Uo Seo-yoon, daughter of former basketball player Uo Ji-won and the 2026 Miss Korea Grand Champion, revealed that she had undergone a dental procedure.

On the 20th, Uo Seo-yoon shared, "I am sharing this because I have been asked a lot about my teeth recently," adding, "Previously, I was self-conscious about my teeth when I smiled, but now I can smile confidently anywhere. It was also good that I could selectively improve only the necessary parts while preserving my natural teeth as much as possible, and above all, I am truly satisfied because the results look natural."

Uo Seo-yoon conveyed, "My teeth had been subtly bothering me every time I smiled. In the past, I would cover my mouth when smiling or try to smile in a way that kept my teeth from showing as much as possible," adding, "However, after improving the shape of my teeth this time, I have gained a lot of confidence when I smile."

She continued, "This is one of the most satisfying procedures I have had at Navy Headquarters so far," expressing satisfaction by stating, "Above all, it feels good because the results are natural and blend in seamlessly, just like my original teeth."

Uo Seo-yoon was elected Grand Champion at the "70th Miss Korea Pageant" held on August 22.

Subsequently, on the 16th, Uo Seo-yoon shared her thoughts, saying, "This contest will remain as a precious experience that is more than just a single competition and one that I will never have again. I will learn and strive in every moment to become a person worthy of the title of Miss Korea Grand Champion, growing day by day."

She further revealed her emotional acceptance speech, stating, "I sincerely thank you for the great interest and warm support you have shown me. I will become a person who can repay your kind hearts with positive influence. I will learn and strive in every moment to become a person worthy of the title of Miss Korea Grand Champion, growing day by day."
