Comedian Jang Dong-min, who set a record by winning "five consecutive survival shows," revealed why he appeared on "Devil's Plan 3."

The production press conference for the new OTT Netflix variety show "Devil's Plan: Dead Again" (hereinafter referred to as "Devil's Plan 3") was held in the morning of the 5th at the Mondrian Hotel in Yongsan-gu, Seoul. Co-directors PD Jung Jong-yeon and PD Choi Yun-hee, along with cast members Jang Dong-min, Hong Jin-ho, Ha Seok-jin, Oh Hyun-min, Jeong Hyeon-gyu, Nucksal, Seo Chul-gu, Shin Dong, John Park, Jaejae, Stella Zhang, Yuri Sa, Kim Dong-jae, Lee Do, Jung Won-young, and Hyeon Gyeong-ryeol, attended the event.

"Devil's Plan 3" is a variety show that determines a single winner among legends who have dominated brain survival games and emerging powerhouse players, within an expanded arena filled with unpredictable variables. A total of 16 players, the largest number in the series' history, including past winners, top predators of survival shows, and rising stars, are participating to complete the dream lineup.

On this day, Jang Dong-min pointed out the reason for his once again joining a brain survival variety show, stating, "I feel that if I stop challenging myself, my life is over. If there is a place, I should challenge it."

Jang Dong-min then said, "But Hong Jin-ho keeps spreading the rumor that 'Brother (Jang) Dong-min has retired, so why are you appearing?' I have never done such a thing. As long as I am alive, there is no retirement from survival shows. I will accept the challenge from anyone who dares to issue it at any time," which caused laughter.

He then added, "I had many concerns this time as well, but after talking a lot with PD Jung Jong-yeon, I felt that I should take on the challenge. Also, since such a big feast is being held, we should have a good time. I decided to participate with a joyful heart."

"Devil's Plan 3" consists of a total of 14 episodes and will be released exclusively on Netflix over three weeks starting from the 10th.
