After a year of working abroad, girl group 2NE1 which is composed of Gong Min Ji, Sandara Park, Park Bom, and CL is finally returning to its Korean fans with a new album.

In a phone interview with Starnews on May 21, a staff member of YG Entertainment said, 2NE1 will release a new album in Korea in mid-June. 2NE1s exclusive producer Teddy has already completed working on their seven beautiful songs. After releasing the album, the group will appear on TV programs as well.

Their performance in Korea is finally happening again after 11 months since they released their second mini-album in July last year. All of their songs listed on the album (Dont Cry, Lonely, I Am The Best, Hate You, and Ugly) became big hits last year. Because of their tendency to give vogue to several songs at the same time, fans are building up their expectations higher for the upcoming album.

YG says, We havent decided yet on releasing the album as an official one or a mini-album.

After releasing the album, the girls are planning to hold an exclusive concert in Korea in July.

They closed their first concert successfully which was held for three days at the Seoul Olympic Hall by the end of August last year. Because the group was mainly focused on their career in Japan afterwards, this coming concert will be a big get-together between the group and their fans.

YG concluded, Well make official announcement as soon as things get settled. We hope you will spend wonderful summer with 2NE1s new album and its performances.
