Lena Park confesses, ��I looked like Ugly Betty when I was in high school��

Singer Lena Park has made a surprise confession that she was not a popular girl during her school years.

On June 1, SBS��s talk show Go Show broadcasted second part of the special feature titled ��Miraculous Voices�� with the guests of Baek Ji Young, Kim Bum Soo, Lena Park, and Ivy.

Lena Park said, ��When I was in middle and high school, I wasn��t popular at all. My only interest was in studying.��

When people asked the reason why, she answered briefly with a sullen look, ��Because I looked so ugly���� She also added that because her appearance changed a lot after entering college, her high school friends did not recognize her.

When the star said that she looked like Betty Suarez from the popular American TV series Ugly Betty only without her glasses, the studio became filled with laughter.
