B2ST recently did a DVD shoot for body art before releasing their new material.

Being named an honorary ambassador for body art in April, B2ST recently filmed a DVD titled B2ST’s Body Art. In some of the pictures released, the members are showing off their mature looks in black sweatsuits.

B2ST members practiced body art constantly while preparing for their new release. At the shoot, the members relaxed all the muscles of their bodies, focusing on their breath, and showed off their manly looks with their arm muscles.

B2ST’s Du Jun says, “Because we’re trying to improve ourselves musically, we’re trying our utmost to show manly, mature looks through our performances. To show you better performances and looks, we’re managing bodies and conditions through constant exercise.”

Han Jung Suk, a CEO of Body Art School Korea, says, “The movements seem very simple, but you will soon be soaked in sweat if you concentrate on them for a while because you have to tense and relax every muscle. It’s not to make your muscles tired but to develop the muscles that you don’t normally use. B2ST members are saying they feel much better rather than tired after doing body art.”

Body art is powerful aerobic exercise that combines Pilates and stretching with Yoga, the oriental exercise created based on nature. It’s a static yet dynamic European fitness program.

Robert Sternberg, a world-renowned choreographer and a former gymnast of the national team in Germany who created body art, also participated in choreography and the DVD. It will be first released in Japan in September.
