Jin, a member of the group BTS, will enlist as an active duty soldier on the 13th.
On the 12th, the agency Big Hit Music announced through an official position, "Jin will enlist as an active duty soldier in the army to fulfill his military service obligations. As previously announced, there will be no separate official event on the day of his enlistment in the boot camp."
"It is expected that the site will be very crowded due to the enlisted soldiers, their families, and some fans on the day. Therefore, we ask media officials to refrain from visiting the site. We plan to enter the grounds of the boot camp in a vehicle without a separate greeting.”, it added.
Meanwhile, on the 13th, Jin entered the recruit training center of a certain unit in Yeoncheon, Gyeonggi Province, and after completing five weeks of training, he is expected to be deployed to a front-line unit. With this, Jin will be the first member of BTS to enlist.
