BTS Jimin, the most preferred K-pop star in the US, Brazil, and Turkey

According to the '2022 KOFICE Global Hallyu Trend Report' published by the Korea International Cultural Exchange Agency, Jimin ranked 4th after BTS, BLACKPINK, and PSY in the most preferred Hallyu star singer category in Brazil.

This was introduced in the Brazilian news media 'JornalExtra' as the highest individual ranking for an idol member, and Jimin's keywords 'YOU ARE SO PRECIOUS JIMIN' and 'GLOBAL IT BOY JIMIN' were previously included in the Brazilian trend analysis broadcast through local TV programs. 

In particular, according to the announcement of Comscore, a company that measures and analyzes American media, BTS accounted for 85% of all K-pop-related mentions in Latin America in 2021, of which Jimin accounted for 25.6% and was announced as the most mentioned member. 

In the US, he was ranked 5th along with G-Dragon (Big Bang), Taeyeon (Girls' Generation), and Itzy (ITZY), and succeeded in entering the rankings as the only member of BTS.
