The light celebration to commemorate the birthday of BTS's Jimin, known as 'Jimtober' (Jimin+October), illuminated the Japanese night sky in a spectacular fashion.
On October 1st, the iconic Sapporo TV Tower in Japan was brightly lit with yellow lights symbolizing Jimin. Social media platforms were flooded with hashtags such as '#HelloJimtober' and '#JimtoberIllumination,' along with numerous photos and videos of the lighting event.
Sapporo TV Tower, a 147.2-meter-high transmission tower built in 1957, hosted this illumination event for the third consecutive year. It is one of the special events organized by Jimin's Japanese fan base, 'PARKJIMINJAPAN,' to celebrate his birthday.
