Who will win the Popularity Award at the '2023 Asia Artist Awards IN THE PHILIPPINES'?
The mobile idol fandom app 'Idol Champ', which is being serviced as a joint project by mobile advertising platform company 'TNK Factory' and MBC Plus, will hold the Popularity Award final voting for '2023 Asia Artist Awards IN THE PHILIPPINES' (2023 AAA) in November.
The Asia Artist Awards, hosted by Star News, is a Korean awards ceremony that selects winners by combining K-pop, K-drama, and K-movie that have graced Asia and Korea throughout the year.
It will be held for the 8th time this year at the Philippine Arena on December 14th.
The preliminary round of the AAA voting was successfully completed on November 9, and the final voting for the AAA Male/Female Actor Popularity Award and the AAA Male/Female Singer Popularity Award will be held from November 14 to November 30.
Artists who place first in the final voting will be selected as winners in each category, so a fierce competition is expected.
Male singers Lim Young-woong, Kim Ho-jung, BTS, Horizon, Ensign, Jeong Dong-won, Stray Kids, Anteem, and SB19 advanced to the finals, and female singers included Twice, Sakurazaka46, Dreamcatcher, Niju, Le Seraphim, and ITZY, Mamamoo, Blackpink Jisoo, and Eun Ga-eun were nominated for the final selection.
Male actors Cha Eun-woo, Lee Jun-ho, Kim Seon-ho, Do Kyung-soo, Kim Yo-han, Hwang Min-hyun, and Yook Sung-jae are also nominated, and female actors Kim Se-jeong, Park Eun-bin, Lim Yoon-ah, Jeong Eun-ji, Lee Se-young, Jeon Yeo-bin, and Kathryn Bernardo are also nominated.
Idol Champ is a participatory mobile idol fandom app jointly developed by T&K Factory and MBC Plus. Since its launch in 2016, it has been loved by many users by providing services linked to idol programs such as 'ranking voting', 'charts', and 'fundraising'.
The '2023 Asia Artist Awards IN THE PHILIPPINES', hosted by Star News and co-hosted by the Asia Artist Awards Organizing Committee, TONZ Entertainment, and PULP Live World, will be held at the 'Philippine Arena' in the Philippines on December 14.
Ive's Jang Won-young, Kang Daniel, and Zero Base One's Seong Han-bin will serve as MCs.
