The girl group NewJeans (Minji, Hani, Daniel, Haerin, Hyein) has achieved outstanding results among K-pop artists on Apple Music's 2023 global year-end chart.

According to the year-end chart released by Apple Music on the 29th (calculated from November 1, 2022, to October 31, 2023), the title track 'Ditto' from NewJeans' single album 'OMG' secured the 19th position in 'Top Songs of 2023: Global.' This is the highest ranking achieved by a K-pop work on this chart.

The title track 'OMG' and debut song 'Hype Boy' from the same album claimed the 37th and 64th spots, respectively, on 'Top Songs of 2023: Global.' With this, NewJeans demonstrated their strength by placing the most songs, three in total, by a K-pop artist on Apple Music's global year-end chart. In 'Top Songs of 2023: Korea,' NewJeans swept the top three spots with 'Ditto,' 'OMG,' and 'Hype Boy.' Additionally, another debut song 'Attention' ranked 5th, and the title track 'Super Shy' from their second mini-album 'Get Up' secured the 7th position on the Korean year-end chart 'Top 10,' making up half of the list.

In addition, NewJeans' songs charted on year-end charts in various countries, including China, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, and Indonesia, confirming their global popularity.

NewJeans also made a significant impact on the '2023 Year-End Recap Chart' recently released by Billboard in the United States, earning recognition in various categories, including the main album chart, 'Billboard 200 Albums.'
