XG, Surprise Release of New Song for Winter... Special Seasonal Song

The girl group XG, consisting of members Joorin, Chisa, Hinata, Havi, Julia, Maya, and Cocona, is set to surprise fans with a new song for the winter season.

XG announced through their official SNS channel on the 1st that they will be releasing a new single titled 'WINTER WITHOUT YOU' on the 8th at midnight.

Accompanying the announcement, the concept photos released showcase XG in round-necked outfits with a pink color scheme, displaying a soft charisma along with their individual unique charms. The images evoke a dreamy and warm sensibility, heightening curiosity about the upcoming new song.

Following their first mini-album 'NEW DNA' released in September, the new song 'WINTER WITHOUT YOU,' coming just two months later, is described as a WINTER R&B track. It is expected to deliver a special seasonal song infused with deep emotions and XG's distinctive style.

Especially noteworthy is the teaser video released earlier, featuring scenes of XG receiving a video message from their parents, filling the atmosphere with surprise and emotion. Portions of the song are also revealed, further increasing anticipation.

XG previously topped the Billboard Japan Hot Albums Chart and the Oricon Weekly Digital Album Chart with their debut mini-album 'NEW DNA.' On the 25th of last month, they achieved over 100 million streams on Spotify with their song 'SHOOTING STAR.' Additionally, their recent debut solo showcase garnered significant attention, with live attendance reaching an impressive 200,000, showcasing their remarkable global rise.

'WINTER WITHOUT YOU' will be released on various music streaming platforms on the 8th at midnight, and the music video will be unveiled at 6 p.m. on the same day.
