The rookie girl group, Baby Monster, from YG Entertainment has achieved success by entering the U.S. Billboard Global charts just eight days after their debut.

According to the latest chart released by Billboard on the 5th (local time), Baby Monster's debut digital single, 'BATTER UP,' entered the Billboard Global 200 at 101st place and the Billboard Global Excl. U.S. chart at 49th place.

The U.S. Billboard Global 200 and Billboard Global charts rank songs based on streaming and music sales (downloads) collected from over 200 regions worldwide. Billboard, reflecting the latest trends in the mainstream music market, is considered one of the global popularity indicators. Baby Monster accomplished the feat of making it to the Billboard charts just eight days after their debut, proving their appeal to music fans worldwide with their distinctive musicality and overwhelming performance capabilities.
