BTS achieves 500 million views for 'Black Swan' MV, marking their 17th video to reach this milestone [Official]

The group BTS has added another music video with 500 million views to their achievements.

As of 7:59 AM on the 15th, the music video for the track 'Black Swan,' included in BTS's 4th full-length album 'MAP OF THE SOUL: 7,' released in 2020, surpassed 500 million views on YouTube. With this, 'Black Swan' becomes BTS's 17th music video to reach the 500 million views milestone.

'Black Swan' is a dreamy and atmospheric song that harmonizes trap drum beats, poignant lo-fi guitar melodies, and catchy hooks. The lyrics convey BTS's introspective message about the meaning of music to them. Pre-released in January 2020 ahead of the release of the 4th full-length album, the song entered major charts such as the U.S. Billboard Hot 100 (57th place) and the UK Official Singles Top 100 (46th place). It also topped the iTunes 'Top Songs' chart in 93 countries/regions worldwide.

The 'Black Swan' music video depicts the members transforming from swans to black swans on stage. The barefoot performance scene of the seven members enhances a poetic and artistic sensibility.
