BTS's Jin Achieves 17th No.1 on Mexican House Radio with 'The Astronaut'

BTS's Jin has once again showcased his global popularity by securing the top spot on the weekly ranking of the Mexican radio channel 'House Radio' with his first solo single, 'The Astronaut.' On January 27th (local time), the song reached the weekly No.1 on the 'Ranking House TOP30,' marking Jin's 17th overall No.1.

The journey of 'The Astronaut' on the 'Ranking House TOP30' chart began on May 21, 2023, entering the chart for the first time and quickly rising to the 2nd position on the weekly chart dated May 28. It eventually claimed the top spot in the weekly chart on June 3, just one week later.

Capturing the ears of Mexican listeners, 'The Astronaut' maintained its popularity, achieving consecutive No.1 positions for two weeks from June 3 to June 10, and then again from June 24 to July 1. Particularly noteworthy was its dominant presence, securing five consecutive weeks at No.1 from July 15 to August 12.

The song continued its success, reaching the weekly No.1 on August 26, September 9, and achieving consecutive No.1 positions for two weeks from September 23 to September 30. After claiming the top spot on October 14, October 28, and November 25, 'The Astronaut' returned to the No.1 position on January 27, marking Jin's 17th overall No.1.
