BTS's Jungkook's solo album 'GOLDEN' continues to shine globally, maintaining its position in the top 10 of Spotify's global weekly chart for the 12th consecutive week, according to the latest chart released by the world's largest music streaming platform from January 19 to 25.

Despite dropping two spots from the previous week, 'GOLDEN' secured the 10th position on the weekly global top albums chart. Jungkook's achievement with 'GOLDEN' marks a historic feat as the first and only K-pop solo artist album to consistently stay in the top 10 for 12 consecutive weeks on the global weekly top albums chart. This also establishes 'GOLDEN' as the Asian solo artist album with the longest duration within the top 10, setting a remarkable and enduring record.

Earlier, 'GOLDEN' had consecutively placed within the top 5 of the weekly global top albums chart for five weeks.

Recently, 'GOLDEN' also surpassed 2.5 billion streams (unfiltered) on Spotify, becoming the fastest K-pop solo artist album and the fastest album by an Asian artist to achieve this milestone.
