KCON JAPAN 2024 will be held from May 10th to May 12th at Makuhari Messe and Chiba Marine Stadium, spanning three days in Chiba Prefecture, Japan.

This year, the event is expanding its scale by including Chiba Marine Stadium in addition to Makuhari Messe, where it was held last year, promising a diverse range of attractions.

The event will take place at Makuhari Messe for three days, with preparations underway to provide various shows and contents at Chiba Marine Stadium starting from the second day, May 11th. Chiba Marine Stadium is a large-scale stadium where major music festivals in Japan, including Summer Sonic, are held. Additionally, Makuhari Messe, the venue for KCON JAPAN 2023, has attracted the largest audience in the history of KCON events held in Japan.

CJ ENM has established a new slogan for KCON as 'K-POP Fan&Artist Festival' and plans to significantly expand the opportunities for fans and artists to interact. They aim to further enhance the rich programs that can only be experienced at KCON, providing more opportunities for fans and artists to connect.

In particular, starting from KCON JAPAN 2024, the festival will transform into a festival based on mainstream K-POP.

Firstly, a large-scale 'KCON STAGE' will be newly established. By introducing a stage operated in a festival timetable format, it is expected to showcase special performances by artists that fans have not been able to see in previous shows and maximize opportunities for fans and artists to enjoy together.

Moreover, upgraded multi-stages will be introduced, including the 'M COUNTDOWN STAGE,' which will present the essence of K-POP performances, the 'CONNECTING STAGE,' where fans can meet and discover new K-POP artists, and 'DANCE ALL DAY,' where fans can learn artists' dances and create their own short contents.
