Jungkook won the 'Song of the Year' award at this ceremony with his solo single 'Seven'. The nominees for 'Song of the Year' included 'Die For You' by The Weeknd X Ariana Grande, 'Flowers' by Miley Cyrus, 'Rush' by Troye Sivan, 'What Was I Made For?' by Billie Eilish, and 'Water' by Tyla.

Jungkook previously won trophies for 'Song of Summer' at the 2023 MTV Video Music Awards (MTV VMA), 'Best Song' at the 2023 MTV Europe Music Awards (MTV EMA), and 'Top Global K-Pop Song' at the 2023 Billboard Music Awards (BBMAs) with 'Seven'.
