'7 Years Running TOP' BTS Jimin, 2025 Best Male Dancer

BTS Jimin has been crowned the 2025 Best Male Dancer, achieving the top spot for the 7th consecutive year.

Jimin topped the voting in the '2025 Best Male Dancer (K-POP Best Male Dancer 2025)' poll conducted by global voting site 'Dabeme Pop,' which concluded on December 12th (Korean Standard Time). This victory marks Jimin’s 7th consecutive year at the top. From 2020 onwards, Jimin has consistently won numerous awards including the 'K-Pop Male Idol Dancer' award hosted by King Choice for 5 years running, and the 'Best K-Pop Dancer' award at the Shining Awards, solidifying his position as an unrivaled 'God of Dance.'

Jimin, who entered the Busan Arts High School’s dance department as the top student, debuted as the main dancer and lead vocalist of BTS. He has been instrumental in establishing BTS as a performance-focused group by taking on challenging choreography. He is highly praised by both the public and experts as a representative dancer of K-Pop. 

Korean cultural researcher Cho Yong-in commented, “He has opened up new possibilities by combining the dance he mastered with K-Pop,” while American media outlet Glitter Magazine stated, “He seems to create dance by performing with heartfelt emotion, elevating his eyes and expressions into art.” Meanwhile, Jimin has been registered as a 'Dance God' and 'Dance King' on the English dictionary website 'Urban Dictionary,' and is revered by fans worldwide as the god of dance representing K-Pop.
