YG Announces BLACKPINK to Premiere New Song at Goyang Concert, Kicking Off Comeback Countdown 

Girl group BLACKPINK will launch their comeback with a new song and the energetic start of their ‘DEADLINE’ tour.

On June 23rd, YG Entertainment announced that BLACKPINK will premiere a new song stage at ‘BLACKPINK WORLD TOUR <DEADLINE> IN GOYANG’ held at Goyang Stadium for two days, July 5th and 6th. Despite the song’s schedule, title, and concept being shrouded in mystery, it has garnered significant attention from music fans worldwide. Adding to the anticipation, YG’s chief producer Yang Hyun-suk officially announced their imminent comeback, and news of a music video shoot with a renowned foreign director in Korea further heightened curiosity.

YG stated, “There was much discussion about how to release this new song, and we decided to premiere it at the Goyang concert, which marks the starting point of the ‘DEADLINE’ tour where we can reunite with our fans. Detailed information about the release date will be announced officially soon.”

BLACKPINK has consistently broken records with every release, leaving a monumental footprint in K-pop history. The group has proven their immense global influence through both team and solo activities. Expectations are high for what new history they will write with this full-group comeback.

BLACKPINK will embark on a world tour consisting of 31 shows across 16 cities, starting with the Goyang concert in July. They will grace stadium-level venues in cities such as Los Angeles, Chicago, Toronto, New York, Paris, Milan, Barcelona, London, Kaohsiung, Bangkok, Jakarta, Bulacan, Singapore, Tokyo, and Hong Kong, once again solidifying their presence as top-tier global artists.
