ONEUS Breaks Stereotypes with Bold Visual Transformation in ‘X’ MV Teaser

Boy group ONEUS has showcased their limitless charm, refusing to be confined by a single definition.

ONEUS released the music video teaser for their 11th mini album’s title track ‘X’ on their official YouTube channel at midnight on June 24th. The released video features ONEUS walking a runway against the backdrop of outer space. The members then enter an infinite space, foreshadowing a bold visual transformation with styling in a black and white combination. The video’s sophisticated aesthetics, reminiscent of a fashion film, heightened anticipation for the full music video.

Notably, a portion of the highlight melody for ‘X’ was revealed for the first time. ONEUS challenged conventional norms with a funky bass riff taking center stage. They created a musical formula unlike anything seen before, layered over a daring and experimental melody.

The 11th mini album ‘5x’ is the first new release from ONEUS in approximately five months, following their special album ‘Dear.M’ released in January. The combination of the number ‘5,’ representing the five members, and the variable ‘x,’ which can represent any value, expresses the infinite musical potential of each member. All members participated in the songwriting process, and ONEUS will break down their own boundaries and signal the beginning of a new narrative through ‘5X.’ ONEUS’s 11th mini album ‘5x’ will be released on various music sites at 6 PM on June 30th.
