BLACKPINK has ignited excitement among global fans with the release of a lavish trailer signaling the start of their world tour.

YG Entertainment posted ‘BLACKPINK WORLD TOUR <DEADLINE> TRAILER’ on their official SNS channels on June 26th. The video, boasting an overwhelming scale befitting the world’s top artists, unveiled hints about the highly anticipated world tour. The trailer begins with Rosé making a phone call in the vast desert. It then showcases BLACKPINK’s glamorous visuals speeding along a straight road, accompanied by dynamic sounds reminiscent of a Western film, creating a cinematic experience.

Notably, the scenes of Rosé, Lisa, Jennie, and Jisoo gathering and embarking on a road trip deliver a thrilling sense of excitement. This reaffirms the synergy of the four members, who have risen to become leaders in the global music market.

YG stated, “This trailer was filmed entirely on location in the desert near Lancaster, USA, and at Hollywood studios, in collaboration with renowned overseas directors. We ask for your attention and anticipation as everyone’s efforts to create the best possible result will be completed as a performance in <DEADLINE>.” BLACKPINK will hold ‘BLACKPINK WORLD TOUR <DEADLINE> IN GOYANG’ for two days, July 5th and 6th, at Goyang Sports Complex Main Stadium. This marks the starting point of a large-scale world tour that will visit stadiums in 16 cities across 31 shows.

Anticipation is at its peak as BLACKPINK will unveil new music for the first time in two years and eight months. While specific details remain under wraps, given the unprecedented project underway, all eyes are on what kind of stage they will use to announce their spectacular return with BLACKPINK’s iconic music.
