BTS Jin Crowned IdolPick's "Best Male Idol" for the First Week of July—8 Consecutive Weeks at No.1

BTS's Jin has once again proven his immense popularity by topping the IdolPick weekly poll for the eighth consecutive week.

In the first week of July (July 7–13), Jin ranked No.1 in the "Individual Male Idol" category with 55,128 picks, earning the title of Best Male Idol. From the third week of May to the first week of July, Jin has maintained the top spot for eight straight weeks, showcasing his powerful fandom and unrivaled presence.

IdolPick selects the top five idols (or teams) who receive the most votes in the weekly poll over a two-week period. These idols are then featured in large-scale billboard support advertisements.

As a result of his performance over the past two weeks, Jin was chosen as the featured star for the 157th round of billboard support, and his reward advertisement will be displayed from July 17 to July 19 for three days on a massive LED screen across from Lotte Avenuel in Jung-gu, Seoul.

Meanwhile, Jin is currently meeting fans worldwide through his first solo fan concert tour, titled "Run Seokjin_Episode Tour (#RUNSEOKJIN_EP.TOUR)". Following successful shows in Goyang, South Korea, and Chiba and Osaka, Japan, Jin is kicking off the North American leg of his tour on July 18–19 at the Honda Center in Anaheim, California. He will then perform in Dallas, Tampa, Newark, London (UK), and Amsterdam (Netherlands).

Notably, the first of two shows in Amsterdam on August 10 (KST) at the Ziggo Dome will be available via live viewing, where fans can watch the concert in real-time at select theaters. Live viewing is a service that broadcasts concerts or sports events live to designated locations.

This concert will be simulcast in theaters across more than 80 countries and regions, although in parts of Asia including South Korea, it will be shown as a delayed broadcast due to time differences. In Korea, it will be screened at major multiplex chains such as CGV, Lotte Cinema, and Megabox.

Tickets go on sale at midnight (local time) on July 24 for regions outside of Korea, and at 6 PM (KST) the same day for Korean audiences.
