BTS Jin’s ‘Echo’ Becomes Best-Selling Korean Solo Album in the U.S. for First Half of 2025

BTS’s Jin has proven his immense popularity in the U.S. with his solo album Echo.

According to the official Chart Data account, Jin’s Echo ranked No. 1 in pure album sales among Korean solo artists in the U.S. for the first half of 2025. The album was released on May 16 (KST), yet despite being released late in the first half, it still topped the rankings—an impressive feat.

In addition, Jin ranked 2nd on Spotify’s 2025 First Half ‘Global Impact List’ among Korean artists and was the highest-ranked Korean male artist on the list, showcasing his global influence.

As of July 19 (KST), Echo surpassed 400 million streams on Spotify, underscoring its explosive popularity among global listeners.

The title track, Don't Say You Love Me, reached No. 1 on the Spotify Global Chart (as of May 25), becoming the first song by an Asian artist in 2025 to top the global chart — a historic milestone.
