BLACKPINK’s Lisa Donates Flea Market Proceeds: “A Future of Hope for Someone” [Official]

BLACKPINK’s Lisa has once again shown her positive influence.

According to Sony Music Korea on the 18th, Lisa donated the proceeds from her flea market held in June to the global children’s rights NGO Good Neighbors. The flea market, titled “Welcome to Lisa’s Closet,” took place in Hannam-dong, Seoul, where she sold items from her personal collection—including clothing, accessories, and beauty products. The event was well-received not only as a special opportunity for fans to connect with her but also for its meaningful purpose of donating the profits.

The donation will be used to support a water sanitation project in Niger, Africa. Good Neighbors plans to utilize the funds to install solar-powered systems, water tanks, and drinking fountains, providing clean and safe water to more than 6,800 residents and children in the Kolo region of Niger.

Lisa shared, “Thanks to everyone who joined in this act of giving, I was able to deliver hope for someone’s future. It was truly a precious moment. I will continue to practice sharing so that children in need can experience positive change.”

Spreading goodwill alongside her fans, Lisa continues to leave her mark worldwide through her active endeavors. Recently, she unveiled the short film for “Dream,” a track from her first full album “Alter Ego,” showcasing a unique chemistry with Japanese actor Kentaro Sakaguchi and revealing a new side of herself.

In addition, Lisa stood out this year as a solo artist with her debut performance on Coachella’s Sahara Stage, and her February release “Born Again” earned her a third nomination in the Best K-Pop category at the prestigious 2025 MTV Video Music Awards (VMA), further cementing her dazzling career.
