Girl group SAY MY NAME lit up the Jecheon International Music & Film Festival.
SAY MY NAME was selected in the Artist Work Award category at the “JIMFF Special Choice – Music Video Awards” during the 21st Jecheon International Music & Film Festival (JIMFF). The JIMFF Music Video Awards—newly established this year—aims to highlight the artistic potential and mainstream appeal of music videos, as part of Asia’s only dedicated music film festival.
The music video for ShaLala, the title track of SAY MY NAME’s second EP released in March, captured the group’s signature charm with fresh and sentimental visuals, earning great love from fans.
Following their attendance at the Music Video Awards ceremony held on September 5 at the Jecheon Arts Center in North Chungcheong Province, SAY MY NAME also took part in the second-day lineup of One Summer Night, the festival’s signature performance, on September 6. Performing at Jecheon Airfield, they presented their latest track iLy along with several of their representative songs, elevating the late-summer night atmosphere and sharing the festive mood with the audience.
Throughout this year, SAY MY NAME has been actively engaging with fans through busy promotions, proving their growth with wins at various award shows including the Hanteo Chart Music Awards, the Seoul Music Awards, and the Brand of the Year Awards.
Looking ahead, SAY MY NAME plans to showcase even more of their diverse charms through a wide range of new content.
