Boy group SEVENTEEN (S.COUPS, JEONGHAN, JOSHUA, JUN, HOSHI, WONWOO, WOOZI, THE 8, MINGYU, DK, SEUNGKWAN, VERNON, DINO) will be releasing their 5th full-length album in vinyl (LP) format.
According to PLEDIS Entertainment on October 13, SEVENTEEN will release the LP version of ‘HAPPY BURSTDAY’ on October 24. This marks the first LP album in the group’s career, prepared as a special project to commemorate their 10th debut anniversary with fans.
The LP will include the track “Bad Influence (Prod. by Pharrell Williams) (Explicit ver.)”, which was featured as a surprise snippet in the music video released in June. Due to strong fan demand at the time for a full official release, the explicit, uncut version of the song is expected to draw significant attention. Pre-orders for the LP began on October 13 at 11 a.m. (KST).
‘HAPPY BURSTDAY’ captures SEVENTEEN’s passionate artistic rebirth and has achieved remarkable commercial success — selling nearly 3 million copies within a month of release and topping the Circle Chart’s Mid-Year Album Chart. The album also debuted at No. 2 on the U.S. Billboard 200, tying the group’s highest chart position to date.
