Rising girl group Hearts2Hearts (Carmen, Jiwoo, Yooha, Stella, Jueun, Aina, Ian, and Yeon) have captivated global fans with their flawless synchronization and commanding stage presence, cementing their title as SM Entertainment’s next-generation “precision performance” group through their latest single “FOCUS.”
Over the past week, the group showcased their title track FOCUS on major Korean music shows including Mnet’s M Countdown, KBS2’s Music Bank, MBC’s Show! Music Core, and SBS’s Inkigayo. Their performance, featuring a “focus” point choreography symbolizing attention toward the listener, highlighted the song’s cool and chic vibe with sleek, intricate movements and perfectly synchronized teamwork. The dynamic unit formations and synergy among the eight members further amplified the advantages of being a large-scale group, earning widespread praise from both fans and critics.
The music video for FOCUS also achieved remarkable success, surpassing 10 million views within two days of its release and exceeding 20.8 million views as of 10 a.m. on October 27. Meanwhile, the group’s STUDIO CHOOM ORIGINAL performance video—featuring the full choreography—on Mnet Digital Studio M2’s YouTube channel recorded over 1 million views within 24 hours and is now nearing the 3 million mark, underscoring their explosive popularity.
Continuing their promotions, Hearts2Hearts are set to appear on SBS funE’s The Show on October 28, followed by a recording for KBS1’s Open Concert. The group will also perform on MBC M and MBC every1’s Show Champion (Oct. 29), KBS2’s Music Bank (Oct. 31), MBC’s Show! Music Core (Nov. 1), and SBS’s Inkigayo (Nov. 2) as part of their second week of comeback activities.
Hearts2Hearts’ first mini album FOCUS features six tracks spanning a variety of genres, including the house-inspired title track with a vintage piano riff, showcasing the group’s broad musical spectrum and refined artistry.
