Ahn Bo-hyun has garnered public attention by showcasing a wide acting spectrum through various projects, including JTBC’s Itaewon Class, tvN’s Yumi’s Cells, the Netflix series My Name, and SBS’s Flex X Cop. In addition to dramas and films, he has also appeared on variety programs, revealing a friendly and down-to-earth charm that has resonated with viewers.
Most recently, in the film The Devil Has Moved In, Ahn Bo-hyun stepped away from his previously intense image and portrayed both an endearing, protective “puppy-like” charm and steadfast masculinity. His performance earned him the Best New Actor award at the 46th Blue Dragon Film Awards, firmly establishing his presence on the big screen. He is also set to appear in tvN’s upcoming Monday–Tuesday drama Spring Fever, scheduled to premiere on January 5, where he will play Sun Jae-gyu, a seemingly rough but deeply warm-hearted character. The role will mark his first attempt at performing in a regional dialect, promising viewers a fresh sense of excitement and appeal.
