Brand New Music, home to a diverse roster of talented artists including Verbal Jint, Hanhae, Bumkey, Muzie, As One, Gree, and AB6IX, is launching a new K-pop–focused subsidiary label titled Para Music.
On the 5th, Brand New Music officially announced the establishment of Para Music. The new label is the result of Brand New Music’s ambition to leverage its many years of accumulated K-pop expertise to cultivate globally competitive K-pop artists, while also promoting more systematic and independent artist activities.
Notably, Para Music will be led by Nam Seo-woo, an executive director at Brand New Music who previously worked at Big Hit Entertainment and Brand New Music, where he played a key role in expanding artist management operations for numerous acts.
The first artist to join Para Music has been confirmed as YOUNITE. Since their debut in 2022, YOUNITE has steadily built a strong presence in the K-pop scene, earning recognition as a performance-driven group through their diverse musical colors and dynamic performances. Through Para Music, the group is set to embark on a new phase of growth.
Meanwhile, Brand New Music stated that it will provide full support to Para Music to help solidify its position in the global K-pop industry through professional and systematic business expansion.
