SEVENTEEN member Joshua made a notable appearance on the red carpet at the Golden Globes, one of the most prestigious film and television awards ceremonies in the United States.
On January 11 (local time), Joshua attended the 83rd Golden Globe Awards, held in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles, California. He was invited through a partnership between the event organizers and Lexus, joining a lineup of global superstars including Lee Byung-hun, Ariana Grande, and Timothée Chalamet, further highlighting his growing international stature.
Joshua turned heads in an all-black suit accented with striking accessories, radiating a refined and confident presence. His relaxed and gentlemanly demeanor drew a barrage of camera flashes, while major local media outlets showed strong interest. Leading publications such as Associated Press, Billboard, Variety, and USA Today conducted interviews with him, while Teen Vogue, MTV, and Deadline also spotlighted his Golden Globes appearance.
Through his agency, PLEDIS Entertainment, Joshua shared his thoughts, saying, “It’s an honor to attend the 83rd Golden Globe Awards. It has been a great source of inspiration and motivation for me. I will continue to work hard this year to show my best through a variety of activities.”
Joshua continues to demonstrate his versatility both as a member of SEVENTEEN and as an individual artist. Last year, he released collaborative tracks such as “Love Is Gone (with JOSHUA of SEVENTEEN)” and “So Many Roads” with external artists, appeared on multiple fashion magazine covers, and represented his group by delivering a speech at the UNESCO Youth Goodwill Ambassador appointment ceremony. He was also honored with a certificate of appreciation from the Los Angeles City Council, further solidifying his global presence.
