According to Kim Seol-hyun's agency The Present Company on the 28th, Kim Seol-hyun has confirmed her special appearance in Disney+'s new series 'The Man from Nowhere'.

Based on the popular web novel and webtoon of the same name, 'The Man from Nowhere' is an office return story about a man who climbed to the position of CEO at a large corporation by chasing only success but lost everything overnight, then returns as a new employee 20 years ago to forge a new path in life. The series stars Park Jung-min, Bae Sung-woo, Kim Ji-hyun, Jeong Moon-seong, and others.

Kim Seol-hyun will play the role of Lee Ae-rin, described as 'the kick of fun' that adds strength to the plot, and will appear before global viewers. The character she portrays, Lee Ae-rin, is a secretary who stays by the side of Jo Chan-young (played by Lee Jung), an executive at Hansung Electronics' Product Planning Team. In particular, expectations are high for the chemistry between Kim Seol-hyun and Lee Jung. Within the organization, under the relationship of Ji Nin (SVP) and his closest secretary, attention is focused on what kind of synergy the two actresses will create.

Until now, Kim Seol-hyun has expanded her acting spectrum by appearing in dramas such as 'My Country', 'Day and Night', 'The Murderer's Shopping List', 'I Don't Want to Do Anything', and films including 'Gangnam 1970', 'Memories of the Murderer', and 'Ansi City'.

She has also been cast in the role of Min-hee, who is entangled in an ambivalent relationship with Song Hye-kyo in Netflix's 'Slowly but Strongly' (working title), and as Yeon, a beautiful yokai, in JTBC's new drama 'Human X Gumiho', launching into full work mode.

Among these developments, news of Kim Seol-hyun's special appearance in 'The Man from Nowhere' has been announced consecutively, hinting at her versatile activities. Many eyes are now focused on her another challenge, where she is expected to stand out even more in the office genre.
