Actors Song Kang and Lee Jun-young have soared to prominence through 'Four Hands'.

In the TV-OTT drama performer buzz survey for the fourth week of August released by Good Data Corporation's FUNdex, tvN's 'Four Hands' ranked first in buzz during its debut broadcast week. It surpassed Netflix's 'The Rat', which began airing in the same week, to claim the top spot. This marks the first time since the third week of August 2025 that a tvN drama has topped the buzz rankings in its opening week. According to netizen reactions, the drama is praised for the standout performances of Lee Jun-young and Song Kang, who secured the first and second positions in performer buzz, respectively.

The second-ranked drama in terms of buzz was ENA's 'New Personnel 4: Sabotage'. The series launched with an opening score comparable to its previous season. Lee Hyun-kyun, who plays a squad leader, ranked seventh among performers in buzz.

Netflix's 'The Rat' secured third place in drama buzz. Performer Ryu Jun-yeol and actor Seol Kyeong-gu claimed third and tenth positions, respectively, in performer buzz rankings.

Dramas ranking fourth through seventh in buzz were MBC's 'Married Woman Killer', KBS2's 'Love Is Coming', SBS's 'Chaebol X Detective 2', and tvN's 'My Favorite Employee'. Meanwhile, eighth place went to KBS2's 'Other Than You: Another Romance'. Despite not yet airing, 'Other Than You: Another Romance' has already generated strong pre-release buzz centered on Seo Kang-jun and Ahn Eun-jin.

Meanwhile, ninth and tenth places were claimed by Disney+'s 'The Killer's Mall Season 2' and Coupang Play's 'Infidelity Is Not a Problem Right Now'.

Good Data Corporation's rankings for the fourth week of August covered TV dramas and OTT original dramas that aired, were released, or were scheduled to air between August 24, 2026, and August 30, 2026. The survey also included performers appearing in these programs.

The buzz survey, designed to identify the most competitive programs over a week, analyzed program-related information and netizen reactions sourced from news articles, VON (Voice of Netizen), videos (video clips and shorts), and social media platforms. Data unrelated to specific programs or materials intentionally manipulated to inflate buzz scores were filtered out during processing. Through this rigorous process, program competitiveness is analyzed with greater accuracy, achieving a precision rate exceeding 97%.
