"Rath" singer and broadcaster Kwanghee revealed why she worked out.

Kim Dong-hyun, Kwang-hee, Dunn, and Amoti appeared in the MBC entertainment show "Radio Star" (hereinafter referred to as "Race"), which aired on the 7th.

"It's disappointing in the world of anchors," Kim Kook-jin said of Kwang-hee, referring to his enlarged body. Kwang-hee said, "Don't you always put in your shoulder and put in silicone. I really wanted to stop doing that. I'm going five times a week. PT gets 40 minutes and does 1 hour 40 minutes of selfies. I can see my body changing. When illuminated, the muscles look bigger. No correction. If I build up my body, I'll be back on Radio Star," he said.

Recalling the time when he was working out, he said, "When I'm having a hard time, the trainer says, 'Kwang-hee, all other celebrities do it.' I keep on crying," he added, drawing laughter.

Meanwhile, "Rath" airs every Wednesday at 10:30 p.m.
